This is a small update, squashing a few annoying bugs and improving a single texture.
CHANGELOG:
- Fixed new planks not being useable for things like crafting tables
- Blightmoss now spreads when bone-mealed
- Blightwillow Sapling now properly exists in its creative tab
- Made Glowsprouts have a similar color to cockatrices' glow rather than the previous greenish color
Alpha.4 is now here! This version may be a tiny bit unstable as it was backported from using an indev build of the aether's next beta, so keep that in mind. Hopefully the aether's next beta will have been released by the time alpha.5 releases so that it won't be as unstable anymore!
CHANGELOG:
- New texture for Crystal Logs and Leaves
- Blockstate conversion recipes now have unique sounds
- Removed the additional music tracks from a few versions ago, as they didn't quite fit the aether's in-game music right and are more fitting for music discs
- Added many new blocks for the Blight biome, which does not spawn as a full biome yet, but will in a future update
- New Wood type, Blightwillow, which has neon green wood. It's saplings can be found in blight patches in caves, which are a source of blight blocks for until the Blight biome is implemented
- Due to a limitation of the implementation of blight caves, caves can unfortunately no longer intersect and break through dungeons.
- Added a new Blightberry item, which when eaten, protects the consumer from many of the dangers of the blight biome
- New item from some blightwillow logs, Blighted Spores, which act as an opposite to Ambrosium, blighting blocks rather than enchanting them
Alpha.3.2 is here! This is a relatively small update, but larger compared to most patches.
CHANGELOG:
- Dungeon rings now spawn in treasure chests about 50% of the time rather than nearly 100%
- Added two new music tracks (Approaches and A Morning Wish, both by Emile van Kreiken)
- Added a new Labyrinth's Vengeance music disc
ALPHA.3 is here! This update adds various new things, including some new dungeon-specific ring accessories, new sounds, a new quicksoil system, and more!
NOTE: The dungeon rings are not fully balanced, so please give feedback over on the issue tracker!
