Pack Overview:
- Tweaks the new dye textures introduced in Java 1.21.9 by:
- Removing the palette strip from the bottom of all 16 textures
- Raising the Blue Dye texture by 1 pixel
- Adding 2 missing pixels to the bottom left of the Red Dye texture
- Backports the new textures to Java Edition 1.13 - 1.21.8
