BaUtils

This is a Challenge + Utility plugin. Challenges are small or bigger game modifications that should make the game harder and more fun. Each challenge can be toggled and combined in a easy to use menu. Some challenges even come with settings that can be modified to make them even harder or easier.

I created this plugin together with Hydropy#1572 because sadly it is hard to find a compact all in one challenge plugin in english language that is not locked behind multiple paywalls or fishy. I hope you like it :)

Commands and Usage

All core features can be changed and toggled in a reponsive inventory menu

/settings	butils.mods	Modify all challenges
/challenge	butils.challenge	Start and stop challenges
/backpack	none	Access a global or privat backpack
/heal	butils.heal	Heal yourself or other
/hide /show	butils.hide	Hide yourself or other from others
/invsee	butils.invsee	Look into others inventory
/position	none	Save and show important positions
/reset	butils.reset	Resets all loaded worlds (requires 1 restart)

In addition we provide some hunt challenges, where you can collect some stuff in order to progress

Hunt Anything

• Collect all survival items in random order
• Kill all natural mobs in random order

And in addition BUtils provide some new custom gamerules to change the game fealing

Custom Gamerules

• Show player hearts (hp) in the tablist
• Kick or ban a player on damage
• Enable soup healing - Inspired by the hunger games pvp game mode
• Toggle PvP

API & Timer

Some players may want a timer to their challenges. We decide to not create a new one because there are so many timer plugins already. We don't have to invent the wheel again. Sadly, only one timer plugin seems to have an API on Modrinth so we could only implement support for MTimer & Clock. The timer starts and stops automaticly with your challenges.

If you want support for other timers please contact Hydropy#1572 on Discord. The only have to be on Modrinth and must have a public API

Disclaimer

Somewhere in the internet is another "BUtils" plugin that inplement a few challenges like ours but paid. Our plugin is completly self coded and free.
Sadly, we receive a lot hate speech and threats from the owner of the other plugin and got informed about false claims about our plugin contains malware to motivate users to pay. We want to be as transparent as possible to you so we working on making BaUtils open source. Meanwhile, BaUtils is unobfuscated and you can decompile it to verify :)

Please don't join the discord named BUtils and talk about our plugin to prevent them getting annoyed and you getting threatend.
