- improved performance substantially in big packs by batching blocking JEI plugin calls
- improved recipe filling on servers that don't have EMI
- removed recipe ID generation (hurts performance and not very useful)
- JEI plugins are now immediately unloaded on logout
- further improvements to overall system stability and other minor adjustments have been made to enhance the user experience
- improve memory usage (memory usage should actually be better than JEMI now; was previously within a margin of error)
- replace ingredient manager
- add hidden ingredient, recipe, & category support
- use EMI API for alias registration (EMI >=1.1.20 is now required due to this change)
- changed how recipe IDs are generated (this should result in less duplicates at the cost of unfortunately invalidating all previously generated recipe IDs)
