Load My Computers - Computercraft Integration

Patched an issue in LevelChunkMixin causing Block Entities to double tick occasionally. Made the mod's chunk data thread safe, to fix a relevant conflict on some systems with mods like C^2ME which thread chunk loading. Made CC:T a completely soft dependency

Load My Computers - Computercraft Integration

Lagometer and Chunkloader blocks both have peripherals. Chunkloader peripheral extends the lagometer one.

Chunkloaders can be attached to turtles to allow them to load chunks. These have the same peripheral as the placed ones.

Loading Turtles use chunk loading system as the placed ones and will follow the LMC chunk loading rules. Loading Turtles will force load destination chunks before unforcing the start chunk.

Fixed missing datapack information in all versions, Some specifically in 1.21.

• Broke crafting in 1.21,
• Did not give appropriate data to the lagometer block in all versions.

This will fix those problems.
