Rotom Appliances

Not a changelog but an update on Cobblemon 1.5 compatibility:

• Y'all really have to thank fckoceane for this:
• Rotom Appliances v1.2 [Cobblemon 1.5]
  • This version is for Cobblemon 1.5 only
  • added french pokedex texts
  • (I might add more languages in the new versions)

Changelog v1.2:

• Updated the pack icon and added pictures to the modrinth
• Fixed Mow appliance's mouth not showing
• Now appears as 'implemented' in the Pokédex
• Added a beach spawn
  • Ultra rare so very hard to find
  • Much higher chance when its thundering
• Fully implemented his cries
