Craft your Elytra Steamer with: blast_furnace + lava_bucket + elytra ON a crafting table.
Elytra Steamer Craft Gas Station
Craft Gas Station to refuel: dispenser + lava_bucket + coal_block. Stand in the area with your steamer OFF to refuel.
