Added precision control chip (silk touch for auto miners).
Added shield trigger ability.
Ore doubling is now possible with basic or better crushers.
Added dusts for gold and iron.
Added reinforced energy cell.
Added new attachment: Annihilation Crown (not craftable yet).
Added a new attachment point for the power suit.
Removed ability containers, will be replaced with something else later.
