Pickle Tweaks

Release 5.2.0 for MC 1.16.4

Changes:

- Added Sickles (aoe plant/leaf block mining tools)

- Added Scythes (aoe attack and crop harvesting tools)

- The tool breaking tweak now applies to shears

- HWYLA harvest level tooltip changes:

  - will now only show up for blocks that require a tool

  - will now show blocks with no harvest level (-1) as the lowest harvest level (0)

- Made Paxels effective on more materials

- Fixed watering cans causing multi-block plants (trees, sugarcane, melons etc.) to not render properly when grown

- Fixed blocks not dropping anything when broken

- Fixed Colored Cobblestone blocks not requiring a pickaxe to harvest
