Release 2.0.17 for MC 1.12.x

Changes:

  • Added the ability to specify tool repair material effectiveness
  • Added a blacklist for right click crop harvesting
  • Changed the default mining level names to the ones tinkers construct uses
  • Made the default repair kit material names support localization
  • Changed the mesh + gravel -> flint recipe to only need one gravel per flint
  • Fixed disabling the default repair kits
