Release 6.1.2 for MC 1.19.3

Changes:

- Added a config option to disable the Awakened Supremium armor set bonus

- Added french translations (fr_fr)

- The Awakened Supremium armor set bonus will now only try to grow crops

- The Awakened Supremium armor set bonus will now distribute growth ticks more randomly and will spawn fewer particle effects

- Improved shift-click handling in Seed Reprocessor and Soul Extractor screens

- Made the enchantableSupremiumTools config option enabled by default

- Made it so only valid items can be inserted into the Seed Reprocessor and Soul Extractor via item transfer

- Fixed being able to insert items into the Harvester inventory

- Fixed Essence Shears not being able to shear Sheep

- Fixed the Mining AOE Augments not being cancelled out by sneaking while airborne

- FIxed the Soul Extractor setting the input item to the fuel item each operation
