v1.20.1-4.5.0-fabric

MoreMcmeta now only updates actively-used sprites rather than all sprites on every tick. This should help performance with sprite-heavy resource packs on some computers.
Fixes an issue where animation frame sizes that aren't multiples of the texture size would cause crashes.
Metadata and texture error log statements have been lowered from ERROR to WARN.
