• Added weapon/tool reinforcing GUI
• Added Titanite materials for reinforcing weapons/tools
• Added Undead Bone Shard for reinforcing Estus Flasks
• Homeward Bone and Coiled Sword Fragment are now inter-dimensional
• Modified bonfire particles to cover more of the base
• Slightly moved bonfire coiled sword position down
• Bonfires are no longer instantly destroyed
• Fixed bonfires list being cleared, usually after a crash
• Fixed crash caused by filling a page of bonfires
• Fixed bonfires sometimes causing players to suffocate
• Travelling to bonfires now places players to the side of the bonfires instead of inside them
