KawaMood's Waystones

Changes

• Split the "visibility change" setting into individual permissions. These allow you to chose what visibility values players can set to their waystones.
• Added a permission to allow/disallow players to change the "shared with" attribute of their waystones.
• Added a permission to allow/disallow players to teleport from a waystone if they took damage from a living entity (as source) recently.
• Changed the "protection change" setting's command to match the other permissions' format.
• Changed the "show other dimensions" setting's command to match the other permissions' format.
• Rewrote CustomModelData of Waystones items. A resources pack providing models for Waystones items and GUI has been made by our graphist-artist contributor, Lordphiphi (see the relative section to download it).
• Added an automatic uninstalling process (see the relative section).

Bug fix

• Removed testing "say" commands from the "ignore monster nearby" setting.
