Vanilla Refresh

This update adds an anvil feature which reverts the effect of a stonecutter, concepted by @Tera#0474

• Added a new feature, Anvil Ungrinding. Accidentally made too many deepslate tile stairs then you'd ever need? Place an anvil on top of it to convert it back into Cobbled Deepslate. This works for many other blocks like blue ice, stone bricks, double slabs, and stripped logs.
• Removed a definitely weird feature of stonecutter damage relating to smaller mobs
• Moved Tab Display and Belowname Display to the Player Stats section
• Otherside inside a jukebox with Improved Block Anims enabled now makes the color of its note particles turn blue when reaching the end of the song
